What is New-Take?

Welcome to New-Take, where we invite you to join our conversation about trends and their implications for marketers. We intend to bring a fresh point of view on trends of all sorts – demographic, cultural, and behavioral – and offer insights drawn from our diverse and extensive backgrounds in brand marketing and consumer research.

Donna Fullerton

Donna’s career began at McCann-Erickson where she obtained extensive research expertise both in the quantitative and qualitative realms. She seized the opportunity to develop her qualitative skills and views her role as a consumer advocate.

Donna created DMF Communications, Inc. in 1991 and her value as a consultant centers of three levels of diversity: experience with fortune 500 companies across a range of industries; provider of qualitative research designed to address a variety of marketing issues; offering a range of emerging and traditional qualitative approaches.

Consumer rapport is paramount to Donna and her ability to draw consumers out when discussing issues (sensitive and otherwise) comes from years of training in Synectics, Brainstorming, Creative Problem Solving (Osborn-Parnes Creative Problem Solving Model), Communications Effectiveness Training (Institute for Neuro-Linguistic Programming), Leadership Training (Landmark Education) and Team Building/Group Dynamics (Landmark Education, Anthony Robbins, Praxis Associates).

Cheryl A Seraile

Cheryl is an accomplished brand marketer and business consultant who delivers profitable results for her clients and employers. She is known for her strategic, innovative approach and for making an immediate impact gained through her breadth of experience in a variety of categories, business situations and cultures.

Her unique, value-oriented perspective developed through a 20 year career on both the manufacturer and service sides of the business. Cheryl’s line management and consulting expertise includes a diversity of marketing management assignments with companies such as Procter & Gamble, Bayer, Seagram, Modem Media, J. Curtis & Company, among others. Specific areas of expertise include new product launch, integrated marketing, multicultural audience development, and training.

Cheryl received her BA from Wellesley College and has obtained additional management training at the Center for Creative Leadership (U of MD) and at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
